Weeks Farm Machinery Auction, Inc. has been serving the farming community since 1948.

Sellers: Seller's Commission will be 10% commission per item with a $15 minimum per item. All Seller's who consign titled vehicles and trailers must produce a clear title at time of consignment and will be charged a non-refundable fee of $100.00 per titled item due at time of consignment. All titled vehicles must be consigned no later than 3 days prior to auction.

Fees: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases with the buyer’s premium capped at $350.00 per item. 

Payment: Payment is expected the day of auction. Accepted forms of payment will be Cash, Cashier's Check, or Personal and/or Business Check accompanied by a Bank Letter of Credit.

Preview Date & Times: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday, March 1, 2021- Friday, March 5, 2021. Items can be inspected any time during these hours.

Checkout Date & Times: Equipment can be removed from the sale site ONLY after Weeks Farm Machinery has received PAYMENT IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

9:00am-5:00pm EST Saturday, March 6th

NO LOAD OUT ON SUNDAY, MARCH 7, 2021

8:00am-5:00pm EST Monday, March 8th - Friday, March 12th
